SO HOW DO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WORK?
In order to exchange or return an item, they need to be unworn, unwashed, unused and be returned within 30 days of delivery. Include your original packing slip with the item, or provide your name and order number (if possible).
If you're exchanging an item, return the item you want to swap and place an order for the new item (in the right size or color) on our website. Once we receive the item you returned, we'll process it and issue you a full refund for your original order. This way you'll get the right size/color faster and don't have to worry about it going out of stock while you wait for us to process the exchange.

Please note that any returns/exchange that do not comply with the above criteria, it will be automatically returned to the sender.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Yes. But do not use next day, 2nd day and 3 day services for PO boxes because they do not deliver to them. Use standard shipping if your address is a PO Box.
IT'S BEEN A WHILE AND MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT'S THE DEAL?
Unfortunately, delivery of any package is beyond our control. Sometimes, packages do get lost or get delayed for one reason or the other. Shit happens. Before you contact us and ask us where your order is, understand that have the same capabilities that you do. All we can do is help check your tracking number and tell you exactly what that says. We don't handle the actual transit or delivery of your order; once it's dropped off at the post office, it's beyond our control.
Please check the tracking number first to see where your order is. If you think there is a problem, contact your local post office first and demand more information on where your package is. They have the resources to help you track down the package and make sure it is delivered safely.
We understand that some packages do get lost and never arrive. In this case, we often replace your order and ship it to you at no extra charge because we want to make sure you get what you paid and can continue to train till death. and deserve to stay zero, even though the mail is the one who lost your order.
IF I RETURN SOMETHING, CAN I GET A REFUND?
As long as the item is unused, not damaged, and within 30-days of the delivery date, we will issue a refund upon receiving. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT GOT SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
The address that you provide during checkout is the address that automatically gets printed on the shipping label. If you notice a mistake, send us an email and we'll try to correct it if the package hasn't shipped already.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFILL AND SHIP MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?
Most of the time, we pack, print and ship orders within 3 business days.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes! We ship internationally all the time.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA, DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES?
Yes. Every country has import/custom taxes on items over a certain value that come from outside your country. Those rates will vary and depend on the value of the parcel. Taxes have to be paid before picking parcel up.
Each country has their own different laws and regulations on import taxes. If you're wondering what those costs are, just google your country's name and import/custom tax and it will give you information on what you could pay or not.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET HERE?
Depending on the country, shipping times will vary. It can be anywhere from 10 business days to a month, or longer. Why? Delays can happen (such as weather, holidays, multiple drop offs, etc) The biggest delay is clearing customs. Each package that comes from outside your country needs to be inspected by them and times for that differ.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA, DO I NEED TO PUT MY PHONE NUMBER AS PART OF THE ORDER?
Yes! When shipping outside of the USA, the postal service requires a phone number to fulfill the customs forms.
